Our choice of architectural style is not limited to one direction, but ranges from super slick modernist buildings to traditional Arts and Crafts movement buildings. Our building designs are set apart through great attention to detail and our emphasis on the uniqueness and individuality of each project.

Building Contract Admin/ Management

The creation of sophisticated and beautiful buildings at the right price, quality and timely completion is only possible with detail, specification, schedules and legal documentation and then professional administration of the works from start to finish. Only the Architect has all the resources for this complex process which constitutes the bulk of their time and fee (65%). A valuable service that puts money back into the employers pocket while saving them time and stress.
